Second Annual Seville’s April Fair in Halifax 

Thank you to everyone that attended our 2024 year’s Fair!

What a spectacular weekend we had!

Light, colour and joy define Seville’s April Fair  – an annual event that dates in which for a week, the joy of life is celebrated through dance, music, art and gastronomy.  

Saturday, April 27

The Family Fair Day event included free activities, live performances, music, crafts for kids, and the opportunity for kids to visit the museum for free and participate in their treasure hunt. The Maritime Museum’s spectacular boats provided a beautiful backdrop, and we had lovely weather.

1 pm: Open Stage
2 pm: Kids dance workshop (3-12 years old + parents)
2:30 pm: Adult Dance Along
3 pm: Learn to clap, say “Ole,” and enjoy a jam session with our dancers and musicians.

Night in Seville

Thank you to all those who came to our two sold-out nights of “Night in Seville” on Friday & Saturday, April 26 and 27. This year we featured guest artists Aurélie Brunelle, Fernando Gallego, Sandra Matos, and Dominique Soulard.

2024 Events @ Maritime Museum of the Atlantic  

Saturday, Apr 27

FAMILY FAIR DAY. FREE

Family friendly. Wheelchair accessible. All Welcome!

Enjoy flamenco music and dance, learn to clap along, follow some basic dance steps and Spanish words, No experience required.

Bringing the kids? We have dedicated kids craft activities.

  • 1pm Open Stage
  • 2pm Kids dance workshop (3-12 years old + parents)
  • 2.30pm Adult Dance Along
  • 3pm Open Jam Session

Friday and Saturday, April 26-27, 2024 at 8pm

NIGHT IN SEVILLE – SHOW & FIESTA

7pm – Doors Open
Enjoy the festive atmosphere and show, socialize,  sample on complimentary Spanish snacks and get a complementary drink at our cash bar. Visit our Diorama and our Caseta (traditional festival pop-up tents, decorated in striped fabric, lights and flowers). Participate in the festive mood before you go to yoruo assigned table (cabaret style) or town seating at our exclusive event. Only 90 tickets per event!
 
8pm Show
Enjoy a show with a stellar cast: Aurelie Brunelle, Sandra Matos, Fernando Gallego, Dominique Soulard
 
After the Show – stay on, enjoy another drink and hit the dance floor!
