Bob Sutherby

Originally an electric guitarist, Bob’s 20-year musical career has seen him involved with many bands and many styles including rock, blues, and jazz. In 1996, he made a radical change by entering the world of flamenco. After forming El Viento Flamenco with dancer Evelyne Benais, the group gained immediate popularity and soon expanded, adding voice and percussion.

Ian McMillan

Ian began drumming at the age of 12 in symphonic style drumming capturing many solo and drumcorps titles / awards on the Maritime and North American circuits including Champion Supreme on numerous occasions and the 2000 North American Championships. In 1994, Ian widened his focus to cuban, west african, middle eastern, and brazilian percussion.
Daniel MacNeil

Daniel is a multidisciplinary instrumentalist, composer, arranger and educator based in Halifax who is becoming more and more in demand. He has studied flamenco intensively with world class artists in Spain and has spent time studying at the renowned flamenco school of dance and music “Amor De Dios”.
